AU - Hubdoc isn't fetching all of my bank statements

If Hubdoc isn't fetching all of your bank statements this may be because e-billing has not been enabled for these sub-accounts. Please follow the steps below which will walk you through how to enable e-billing if you bank with one of Australis' major banks.

Commonwealth Bank

  1. Ensure you are registered for NetBank
  2. Log into Netbank
  3. Go to the “View accounts” tab
  4. Select “Settings”
  5. Under “Accounts” select “Statement preferences”
  6. Select “Online” for accounts you no longer want to receive paper statements for

 

ANZ

  1. Ensure you are registered for ANZ Internet Banking
  2. Log into your ANZ Internet Banking account
  3. Go to the “Profile” menu
  4. Under “My Details” select  “Change my statement preferences’”
  5. Select “Paper and online” if you would like bank statements both online and mailed to you or select “Online only” for accounts you no longer want to receive paper statements for.

 

NAB

  1. Log into NAB Internet Banking
  2. Go to the “Settings/Mailbox” tab
  3. Select “Statement settings”
  4. Select “Online Only” for the required accounts. If you would still like to receive paper statements select “Paper & Online”
  5. Click “Update”

 

Westpac

  1. Ensure you are registered for Westpac Online
  2. Sign in to Westpac Online
  3. Select “Preferences” from the Services & preferences menu at the top of your Overview page
  4. Select “Statements” and choose your account
  5. Select “eStatements” as your statement delivery method



AMEX

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to “Manage My Card Account”
  3. Select “Online Statements”
  4. Select “Online-only statements with email notification” as your email delivery option then click Submit
  5. Select “Submit”
