In the event that you update a PVQ with your bank you will have to reset that PVQ within Hubdoc. In order to reset a PVQ answer you must first delete the question entirely. In your accounts page click edit credentials.
Click delete to the right of the question that needs to be updated.
Re-enter your password and click Update Account. Click update accounts until Hubdoc prompts for you to re-answer the PVQ. Once the question is answered correctly the account should reconnect and resume fetching.
