Sometimes Hubdoc is unable to connect to an online portal because the credentials are incorrect. Updating the credentials of the account will recreate the connection or prompt for missing authentication for the account.
To update an account, follow these instructions:
1) Click 'Accounts' in the top right corner of the Hubdoc dashboard.
2) Click the 'Manage Accounts' tab.
3) Scroll down to the connection that needs to be updated and click "Edit Credentials"
