Sometimes you encounter and issue that doesn't have a clear solution and you need some guidance on how to fix it. Not to worry! The Hubdoc support team is here and there are a number of ways you can reach us.

Submitting a Ticket

You can let us know about an issue by submitting a ticket on the Hubdoc web app.

1) Click your profile from the dashboard and select "Submit ticket"

2) Select "Submit a Ticket" from the dropdown menu. 

This will direct you to a page where you can send us more information about the issue you are encountering. The more information you give us, the faster we will be able to get to the bottom of the issue. 

Including:

  • The email of the relevant user.
  • The name of the connection and account number.
  • Any screenshots of what you seem to be encountering if possible

By Phone

If you prefer to talk over the phone, you can call us at (800) 577-2842. We are available to answer calls during weekdays from 9am-6pm EST. You can also leave us a voicemail message if we don't answer and we will give you a call back as soon as we can.

By Email

You can email us at support@hubdoc.com anytime. To help us help you as quickly as possible try to send us as much information about the issue you are encountering. Including: 

  • The email of the relevant user.
  • The name of the connection and account number.
  • Any screenshots of what you seem to be encountering if possible.

We will try to get back to you as quickly as we can.
