Pending Accounts

If an accountant or bookkeeper begins paying for an existing Hubdoc account, the client will need to login to their existing Hubdoc account and decide whether or not they want to grant the accountant or bookkeeper access to their Hubdoc account. Hubdoc will automatically present the client with the following pop-up. 

As the bookkeeper waits for their client to decide whether they want to give the bookkeeper access to their existing Hubdoc account, the word 'Pending' will appear next to the client's name on the bookkeeper's Hubdoc Partner Portal. After the client grants the bookkeeper access to their Hubdoc account, the word 'Pending' will be replaced by 'Advisor.'
