Sometimes, things don't work out. We get it.
If you are an accountant or bookkeeper and you'd like to delete a client's Hubdoc account, please follow these directions.
1. Login to your 'My Hubdoc' Partner Portal.
2. Select the name of the Hubdoc account that you want to delete.
3. Once you are inside your client's Hubdoc account, please click the 'Accounts' link in the top right corner.
4. A new screen will appear. Please click on the 'Profile' tab.
5. Click on the red 'Delete Account' button.
6. Enter the email address associated with your client's Hubdoc account and click 'Delete.' This will permanently delete your client's Hubdoc account.
